A Stronger Signal to the Follicle.
When your own platelets are not producing the response we want, we deliver a laboratory prepared exosome concentrate into the scalp instead.

Why Exosomes at the Scalp
A follicle sits inside a small ecosystem: blood supply, surrounding tissue, inflammatory signals, and the cells that tell it when to grow and when to rest. Exosomes are delivered into that ecosystem to change the conversation. They carry instructions toward repair and away from the low grade inflammation that keeps a struggling follicle stuck resting.
The practical appeal at the scalp is consistency. Plasma depends on what your blood offers on the day, and platelet yield falls with age and with certain medications. An exosome preparation arrives at the same concentration every time, which means a course of six treatments delivers six comparable doses rather than six variable ones.
The same limit applies here as everywhere in hair work. A follicle that has been gone for years does not return because we improved its neighborhood. We are treating the living and the struggling, not the absent, and we will show you on your own photographs which category your scalp falls into.
When We Choose Exosomes for Hair
Low Platelet Yield
If your plasma draws thin, this route gives us a dose we can count on at every visit.
Draw Is Impractical
Some medications and some veins make a productive blood draw difficult, and this avoids the problem.
A Stalled Plasma Course
When three sessions of plasma have not moved the photographs, we change the material rather than repeat it.
As a Layer on Top
We sometimes run exosomes alongside plasma so the follicle receives growth factors and signalling together.
What Exosome Scalp Treatment Supports
Expect the same patient timeline as any hair work, with shedding usually settling first and density readable at three to six months.
A Calmer Scalp
Low grade inflammation around the follicle often eases, which alone can slow active shedding.
Consistent Dosing
Every session delivers the same concentration, so your response is what we are actually measuring.
Support for Fine Hairs
Miniaturized hairs can regain caliber when the tissue around them is signalled toward repair.
No Arm Involved
Nothing is drawn from you, which makes the visit shorter and easier for a lot of people.
Pairs With Plasma
Used together across one plan, the two materials cover different parts of the same problem.
Documented Change
Matched photographs at every visit keep the assessment honest in both directions.
Sourcing, Storage, and Straight Talk
Exosome preparations are only as good as their handling. We source from established laboratories that document their processing, we hold the product at the specified temperature until the moment of use, and we open the vial in the room with you. If a cold chain has been broken, that vial does not get used.
We also want to be straight about the evidence. Scalp exosome work is newer than plasma and the published record is thinner. The mechanism is sound and what we see clinically is encouraging, but we are not going to dress early results up as settled science. You hear that from us before you book, not after.

The Material Should Fit the Scalp.
We do not default everyone to the same product. We look at your photographs, your history, and your response, then we choose.

How the Appointment Runs
You arrive with clean, dry hair. We photograph, part the hair across the mapped zones, and apply numbing to the scalp. Once it takes hold, we either microneedle the treatment area and lay the concentrate across it, or we deliver it into the scalp directly, depending on the pattern and the depth we are targeting.
The whole visit runs about forty five minutes. Your scalp will feel warm and slightly tender for the rest of the day, and you may see pinkness across the treated zones. Wash normally the next morning, skip heavy sweating for a full day, and keep the rest of your routine unchanged.
Questions Before You Book
Neither is universally better. Plasma uses your own growth factors and has the longer track record. Exosomes give a consistent dose regardless of your bloodwork, which matters when platelet yield is low. We pick based on your history, your photographs, and how you respond.
We usually plan an initial course of three to four sessions about a month apart, then reassess with photographs before scheduling maintenance. Some scalps respond faster than others. We would rather stop a plan that is not working than keep you on a schedule.
No. Where the follicle is gone there is nothing left to signal, and no injectable changes that. This treatment supports follicles that are still cycling, even weakly. We will show you on your own scalp photographs where that line sits for you.
We numb the scalp first, so most people report pressure and warmth rather than pain. Microneedling adds a scratchy sensation that passes quickly. Tenderness for the rest of the day is common and settles overnight for nearly everyone.
Yes, and we do it fairly often. The two work on different parts of the problem, growth factors from your own blood and signalling from the concentrate. Whether that combination is right for you is something we decide at consultation, not in advance.
