Your Platelets, Put to Work.
We draw a small amount of your blood, spin it to concentrate the platelets, and apply that concentrate into freshly made microchannels to support a stronger repair response.

What the Platelets Add
Platelets are the cells your body sends first to any injury. They carry growth factors whose job is to signal repair, recruit cells to the site, and support the formation of new blood vessels. Concentrating them and placing them where skin is already repairing is the entire logic of this treatment.
We take a small sample of your blood in the room, usually from the arm, and spin it in a centrifuge for a few minutes. That separates the platelet rich plasma from the red cells. Needling happens while the sample is spinning, so the channels are still open when the plasma goes on.
Because the material is yours, there is no product to react to and nothing foreign introduced. The trade off is that the quality of the concentrate depends on you on the day. Hydration, medication such as anti inflammatories, and general health all affect the sample we are able to get.
Four Reasons People Add PRP
Entirely Your Own
The concentrate comes from your own blood, so there is no foreign material and no product allergy.
A Stronger Repair Signal
Growth factors go directly into open channels rather than sitting on top of intact skin.
Calmer Recovery
Many people report that redness and tightness settle faster than after needling on its own.
Useful for Stubborn Areas
Crepey under eye skin and older acne scarring often need more support than needling alone provides.
What Adding PRP Supports
The same gradual timeline applies, with three to four sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, though the repair response after each session tends to be more pronounced.
Faster Settling
Skin often calms down sooner after treatment, which makes a full course easier to fit around life.
Under Eye Quality
Thin, crepey skin beneath the eyes responds to plasma support better than to needling on its own.
Scar Remodeling
Older, established acne scarring benefits from the extra growth factor support during the repair window.
Skin Density
Repeated sessions support a thicker, more resilient feel rather than only a smoother surface.
No Product Reaction
Because the material is your own, an allergy to the applied concentrate is not a concern.
Efficient Course
Some people reach the point they were aiming for in fewer sessions than needling alone would need.
How We Handle Your Blood
The draw, the spin, and the application all happen in the same visit and in the same room. Your sample never leaves the building and it is labeled with your name from the moment it is taken. It is prepared in a closed system and discarded at the end of your appointment, never stored.
PRP is not right for everyone. Blood disorders, platelet abnormalities, active infection, certain cancers, and some anticoagulant medication either rule it out or require a conversation with your physician first. Regular anti inflammatory use also affects platelet behavior, so we ask you to pause it where it is safe to do so.

Repair, Supported From Within.
We are working with your own biology rather than adding to it, so the plan is built around what your skin is capable of and reviewed honestly as we go.

How the Appointment Runs
We numb the treatment area first, then take the blood sample while the cream is working. The tube goes into the centrifuge, and by the time numbing is complete the plasma is separated and ready. We needle the area, then apply the plasma across the open channels and let it absorb.
You leave with the plasma still on your skin, so we ask you not to wash your face until the following morning. Expect the same pink flush as standard needling, sometimes with a faint sheen for a few hours. Most people feel presentable again by the next day.
Questions We Are Asked Most
Usually one small tube, much like a routine blood test at your doctor. The draw takes under a minute and most people find it unremarkable. Tell us if needles make you lightheaded and we will lie you down for it.
It earns its place when you are treating something stubborn, such as established acne scarring or thin under eye skin, or when you want recovery to settle faster. For general texture and brightness, standard needling often does the job. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
PRP comes from your own blood, so its strength depends on your health on the day. Exosomes are a prepared signaling product applied topically, with no draw involved and the same content every time. Neither is automatically better, and the choice depends on your history and your preferences.
We ask you to leave it in place overnight and cleanse gently the next morning. Washing it off early cuts short the window while the channels are still open. Skip makeup, heavy serums, and the gym until the following day.
Not without a conversation with the doctor who prescribed them, and often not at all. Anticoagulants change how your platelets behave and how much you bleed during treatment. Bring your full medication list to consultation and we will tell you plainly whether this is appropriate.
Treatments That Pair With This
Ask Whether PRP Fits.
Bring your medication list and your questions. We will look at your skin and tell you whether adding your own platelets is genuinely worth it for you.
