Nutrient Support, Clinically Supervised.
Some people want vitamins and minerals delivered directly rather than taken by mouth. We assess whether that is appropriate for you first, and then plan it properly.

What IV Nutrition Therapy Is
IV nutrition therapy is the delivery of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants directly into a vein, in a controlled clinical setting. It is a way of providing nutrient support to people who want it, under supervision. It does not treat, prevent or remedy any medical condition, and we do not present it as if it does.
The blend is not chosen from a menu on your phone. We take a history, ask about your diet, your medications, your kidney and heart health and anything you are already supplementing with, and then decide together whether an infusion is appropriate for you and what should reasonably be in it.
Some people are not suitable candidates, and that is an entirely normal outcome of a consultation. If your history suggests you should be evaluated by your physician first, or if what you are describing needs a diagnosis rather than an infusion, we will tell you plainly and we will not treat you.
Four Reasons People Ask About It
A Clinician Takes the History
Your medications, conditions and diet are reviewed by a board certified nurse practitioner before anything is prepared.
Nothing Off a Menu
What goes into your infusion is decided at consultation from what you tell us, not preselected.
A Private, Unhurried Setting
Infusions run in a quiet room where you are monitored from the first minute to the last.
A Straight Answer on Suitability
If an infusion is not appropriate for you, we say so and explain exactly why.
What Nutrient Support Can Offer
We frame this carefully: an infusion provides nutrients and fluid under supervision, and how any individual feels afterwards varies from person to person.
Direct Nutrient Delivery
Nutrients go straight into the bloodstream rather than passing through the digestive tract first.
A Blend Chosen for You
What goes into your infusion is decided at consultation, based on your history and your preferences.
Clinical Supervision Throughout
You are assessed before, monitored during, and checked again before you leave the treatment room.
Fluid Alongside Nutrients
Every infusion includes fluid, so hydration is part of what you receive during the session.
A Considered Schedule
We agree how often, if at all, you should return rather than encouraging a standing booking.
An Honest Conversation First
We explain what an infusion does and does not do before you decide to go ahead.
How We Keep This Conservative
Ansa Kandamkulathy is a board certified family nurse practitioner and plans every infusion personally. That means a genuine history, a medication and allergy review, and a discussion of your kidney and heart health before anything is prepared. It also means we decline when the honest answer is that an infusion is not appropriate for you.
We are careful about what we claim. An IV is not a substitute for medical care, for a diagnosis, or for a conversation with your physician. If you are unwell, if symptoms are new, or if what you describe needs investigating properly, our advice will be to see your doctor, and we will say that plainly.

Supervised From Start to Finish.
You are assessed by a clinician before the line goes in, watched while it runs, and checked over again before you leave.

What an Infusion Session Involves
Your first appointment is a consultation. We go through your medical history, your medications, any allergies, and what you are hoping for, and we explain honestly what an infusion can and cannot offer you. If we agree that it is appropriate, we plan the blend and can often carry out the session the same day.
The infusion itself runs in a private room while you sit comfortably. Timing depends on the blend and the volume, and most people bring something to read. A small cannula goes into the arm, you are monitored throughout, and we check you over again before you leave.
Common Questions About IV Nutrition
That depends on you, because we decide the blend at consultation rather than selling fixed packages off a list. Broadly it can include vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants in a fluid base. We go through exactly what is in your infusion with you before it runs.
It is different, not automatically better. An infusion delivers nutrients directly into the bloodstream, while oral supplements pass through digestion first. Whether that difference matters for you is a conversation for your consultation, and for plenty of people a good diet and oral supplements are entirely reasonable.
We review your history, your medications and any recent blood work you already have, and there are cases where we will ask you to see your physician for testing before we proceed. That is a judgement made at consultation. We would rather wait for information than treat without it.
Most sessions take under an hour once you are settled, although it depends on the blend and the volume. Your first visit runs longer because the consultation comes first. We will give you a realistic time when we book you in.
No. Some medical histories, medications, kidney or heart conditions and pregnancy make an infusion inappropriate, which is exactly why the consultation comes first. If you are not a suitable candidate we will tell you and explain why rather than treating you anyway.
