What It Is

What IV Therapy Is and Is Not

IV therapy is a controlled infusion of sterile fluid with vitamins, minerals or amino acids added to it. Because it enters the vein, it bypasses the digestive tract entirely, so absorption is not limited by what your stomach and gut are able to take up that day. We choose the contents based on your history, not a menu board.

That is why the menu below runs to eleven formulas rather than one. Some are built around fluid and electrolytes, some around specific nutrients, and one is a single shot rather than a bag. Most people arrive asking for a drip and leave with a different one, because the consultation changes the answer more often than not.

It is also worth being clear about limits. An infusion does not treat an underlying medical condition, and it will not compensate for a diet, a sleep pattern, or a thyroid problem that needs proper attention. If your symptoms point somewhere else, we say so and we refer. That honesty is the reason people come back.

Every infusion is planned and placed by a board certified nurse practitioner.
We review your medications, kidney history, and allergies before anything is mixed.
Sessions run roughly thirty to sixty minutes depending on the volume.
You can read, work, or simply rest in the chair the whole time.

Every Drip We Offer

Eleven formulas, each built for a different job. Open one to see what it does, what it does not do, and who it suits. If none of them is quite right, we build you one.

Why People Choose It

Four Reasons People Choose IV Therapy

01

Clinical Oversight

A board certified nurse practitioner reviews your history, selects the formula, and places the line herself.

02

Absorption Without Guesswork

Nutrients enter the bloodstream directly, so digestion and gut absorption are not the limiting factor that day.

03

Built Around You

We adjust the fluid volume and the additives to your history, your bloodwork, and your goals.

04

Comfortable and Contained

Most sessions take under an hour in a quiet chair, with monitoring from start to finish.

Science and Safety

Why We Screen Before We Infuse

Not everyone should receive an infusion. Heart failure, kidney disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, pregnancy, and certain medications all change what is safe to give and how quickly it can be given. We ask about all of it before anything is mixed, because the fastest way to make a drip unsafe is to skip the history.

The additives are pharmacy sourced and prepared for single use, and the line is placed with sterile technique. You are monitored for the whole infusion rather than left alone with a bag on a pole. If you feel unwell at any point, we slow the rate or we stop.

Planned and performed by a board certified family nurse practitioner.
Medication, kidney, and cardiac history reviewed at every visit, not only the first.
Single use sterile supplies and pharmacy sourced ingredients only.
We decline or modify an infusion when your history says we should.

A Protocol, Not a Quick Fix.

We would rather build a short series with clear goals and review it honestly than sell you a drip every time you feel tired.

What to Expect

What Your First Infusion Looks Like

We start with a conversation about your symptoms, your medications, and what you are actually hoping to change. If bloodwork would make the plan better, we say so. Then we agree on a formula, check your veins, and place a small catheter, usually in the arm.

The infusion runs on its own while you sit back. Most people feel the cool fluid moving and little else. Afterwards you can drive, work, and train as normal, and we tell you when to return if a planned series makes sense for you.

Plan for forty five to sixty minutes at your first visit.
Eat something beforehand and arrive well hydrated if you can.
Bring a current list of your medications and supplements.
No downtime, and no restriction on driving afterwards.
Questions

Questions We Are Asked Most

Most infusions run thirty to sixty minutes once the line is in. Larger fluid volumes take longer, and we never rush the rate to save time. Plan for about an hour at your first visit.

Fluid and electrolytes genuinely correct dehydration, and that part is not in question. Vitamin infusions support normal metabolic function, and they help most when your intake or absorption is genuinely low. We are honest when we think diet, sleep, or a proper medical workup would do more for you.

It depends on the medication, which is why we ask before anything is mixed. Some drugs interact with specific vitamins, and some interact with the fluid load itself. We review your list at every visit and adjust or decline when your history calls for it.

That depends on why you are coming. A single hydration drip after illness or travel is reasonable on its own, while nutrient goals usually need a short planned series. We set the interval together and review it rather than booking you indefinitely.

You feel the needle for a second or two as the catheter goes in, and the line itself is not painful after that. Some people notice a cool sensation traveling up the arm or a faint vitamin taste. Tell us if anything stings and we slow the rate.
